1 can of pumpkin
3 scoops protein powder (whey or casein)
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate to melt on top
- Line 9x9 pan with parchment.
- Soften peanut butter, sugar and vanilla in microwave.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Blob and smooth into pan.
- Melt chocolate (optional: add some coconut oil) and pour on top.
- Freeze until set, then store in fridge.
